The Michaels Companies Inc. is hiring at the Columbus-Powell, OH location to join our framing team. You will help customers build memorable framing solutions, answer questions, and guide them through product selection while maintaining a clean, well-merchandised store.

As a member of the store team, you will process framing orders, operate the cash register, and support omnichannel processes. The role requires friendly service, basic computer and measuring skills, and a willingness to work

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills required.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.
• Retail experience is preferred, with experience selling products and/or services.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and company policies to ensure compliance.
• Build relationships with customers while creating custom framing solutions.
• Complete framing orders with high quality and on time.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and related areas.
• Operate cash register and handle cash to company standards.
• Assist with Omni channel processes.
