Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. is seeking a part-time team member at our Columbus, OH location to help customers with framing solutions and sales. You will assist shoppers, manage framing orders, and keep the store clean, in-stock, and well merchandised.

Responsibilities include POS operations, customer service, and supporting Omni channel processes while working a schedule that includes nights, weekends and early mornings. Prior retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills.
• Ability to operate the framing equipment and glass cutter.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers while creating framing solutions and delivering sales goals.
• Complete framing orders with high quality and on time.
• Maintain the framing department and keep shelves in-stock and well merchandised.
• Operate cash register and handle cash to standards.
• Assist with Omni channel processes and customer service.
