Responsibilities include completing framing orders with accuracy, maintaining the frame department, and supporting omni‑channel processes while delivering friendly service and a positive shopping experience for every customer.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills are required.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Experience selling products and/or services to customers.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance.
• Complete framing orders with high quality and on time.
• Maintain and stock the ready-made frame department.
• Deliver friendly customer service and assist shoppers.
• Assist with Omni channel processes and cash handling.
• Unload trucks and stock appropriately.
• Ensure a clean, well merchandised store.
