Job summary

Michaels in Columbus-Powell, OH is seeking a Custom Framing Team Member (Part Time) to assist customers in selecting framing solutions. The role focuses on delivering friendly service, helping customers shop, and maintaining a well merchandised, in-stock store.

Responsibilities include completing framing orders with quality and on time, operating cash register, supporting SOPs, stocking, unloading trucks, and assisting with Omni channel processes in a climate-controlled retail setting.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills.
• Ability to operate the framing equipment and glass cutter.
• Retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance to applicable laws and requirements; execute Company policies and standards.
• Deliver sales and production results and complete framing orders with a high degree of quality and on time.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and other assigned areas including SISO and Directed Replenishment.
• Deliver friendly customer service; help customers shop and find what they are looking for; provide a well merchandised and in-stock store for the customer to shop.
• Acknowledge customers, help locate product and provide solutions; assist with Omni channel processes.
