Michaels is seeking a store associate at the Beachwood, OH location to help customers with framing solutions, assist with sales floors, and process transactions. You will contribute to a clean, well-stocked store and provide friendly service in a climate-controlled retail environment.

Responsibilities include building relationships with customers, completing framing orders accurately and on time, and supporting Omni-channel processes.

Qualifications

• No degree required.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Ability to measure accurately.
• Basic computer skills.
• Good interpersonal skills.

• Complete framing orders with quality and on time.
• Maintain the framing department and related areas.
• Assist with Omni-channel processes and store merchandising.
