Job summary

Michaels Richmond Short Pump is seeking a friendly retail team member to assist customers with framing needs, operate the register, and maintain stock in a busy store environment. You will help customers find products, create custom framing solutions, and ensure a clean, well-merchandised shopping experience.

The role includes always delivering excellent service, meeting sales and production targets, and working nights, weekends and mornings as required.Retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• ability to operate the framing equipment and glass cutter.

Responsibilities

• Build customer relationships and provide custom framing solutions.
• Complete framing orders on time with high quality.
• Operate cash register and handle cash to standards.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and stock rooms.
• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers locate products.
