Closet Factory is seeking a motivated Sales & Design Consultant to join our team in California. You will meet homeowners in their homes, understand needs, present storage solutions, and guide the client from initial appointment to signed project.

This role rewards relationship-building, strong product knowledge, and a commission-driven earning potential, with training provided on our products, systems, and design process.

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience in in-home consultative sales environments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Confidence presenting solutions and asking for the sale.
• Ability to manage follow-up, appointments, and multiple opportunities at once.

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective clients in homes to understand needs and priorities.
• Build trust through listening, professionalism, and product knowledge.
• Create and present custom storage solutions for closets, garages, offices, and more.
• Present design concepts, materials, pricing, and recommendations clearly.
• Guide clients through decision-making and close sales.
• Follow up with leads, quotes, and opportunities.
