Job summary

California Closets designs and sells premium storage solutions by meeting clients in their homes to design cabinetry, closets, home offices, and more. The Design and Sales Consultant delivers an exceptional customer experience—from needs analysis to final installation—while using our proprietary CAD software to craft custom storage solutions.

The role emphasizes consultative selling, meeting monthly sales goals, and building lasting relationships with clients.

Qualifications

Exceptional customer experience with the ability to generate repeat business.
Professional and assertive consultative sales approach.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; comfortable with laptops/tablets and other devices.
Experience with Salesforce or CAD/design software is a plus.

Responsibilities

Design storage solutions using proprietary CAD software.
Utilize a consultative sales approach to meet monthly sales goals.
Travel to customers’ homes for needs analysis and design consultations.
Participate in meetings and trainings to stay aligned with product offerings.
Collaborate with installation team to ensure job completion and follow up with customers.
Pursue referrals and repeat business to grow brand presence.
Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
This is a full-time (40 hours/week) opportunity.
