Hornet Staffing, Inc, a GEE Group company, seeks an experienced Customs Brokerage Manager to lead import brokerage operations in a fast-paced logistics environment. You will manage a team of customs professionals and drive compliance, efficiency, and excellent service.

The role requires 5+ years in customs brokerage, 3+ years of leadership, and a CHB/CCS certification, with strong knowledge of import regulations and advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications

5+ years of customs brokerage/import experience.
3+ years of leadership experience in a brokerage environment.
Customs Broker License (CHB) or CCS Certification required.
Strong knowledge of import regulations and customs procedures.
Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables & VLOOKUPs).
Process improvement and team management experience.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop brokerage team members.
Oversee import clearance operations and customer service activities.
Ensure compliance, billing accuracy, and operational efficiency.
Manage training, workload distribution, and performance reviews.
Resolve operational challenges and support customer needs.
