Apple Inc. in Santa Clara, California, is seeking Circuits Engineers to design advanced custom digital megacells for a high performance/low power SOC.

You will join a silicon design group responsible for state-of-the-art ASICs and collaborate across teams to turn bold ideas into real hardware. You will develop and verify power-efficient circuits, work with power, PD and architecture to define specs, and drive circuit methodology from design to silicon bring-up.

Qualifications

• BS degree and at least 3 years of relevant industry experience.
• Experience in advanced technology node design.
• Strong knowledge of low power circuit design and device physics.

Responsabilités

• Develop custom circuits to improve chip power efficiency.
• Collaborate with power team, PD and architects to define specs.
• Perform design, modeling/simulation, schematic capture and margin verification across PVT.
• Work with layout to ensure design quality and timely hand-off.
• Develop circuit methodology to achieve high design quality metrics.
