Job summary

U.S. Bank in Earth City, MO is looking for a professional to support the Complex Assets team. You will review financial statements, assist with client statement activity, and manage cash movements related to trade settlements.

The role requires at least two years in related operations, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of related operations, banking, finance, accounting, reconciliation, or customer service experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Knowledge of custody operations, wealth management products, operational systems, procedures, and services.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Understanding of regulatory and accounting principles affecting Wealth Management & Investment Services business lines and clients.

Responsibilities

• Support institutional custody clients and alternative asset holdings with statements and cash movements.
• Review financial statements and client transactions posting and reconciliation.
• Process capital calls and manage cash settlements.
• Assist with client statement activity and optimize workflows.
