Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Custody Relationship Administrator to support day-to-day custody administration and fulfillment in partnership with the account administrator and relationship team. You will coordinate with clients and third-party partners, ensuring accurate, timely processing and risk management while delivering a high-quality client experience.

The role emphasizes problem resolution, client retention, and adherence to legal and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of financial services experience in trust, investment, or brokerage preferred
• Experience with entity governing documents (trusts, LLCs, LPs, etc.) and client account documents is beneficial
• Ability to handle money and security transfers accurately
• Excellent interpersonal and technical skills
• Demonstrated oral, written, and communication skills
• Value long-term client relationships and service excellence
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-task environment with minimal supervision and teamwork
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat
