Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Custody Operations Specialist to support cash and asset management for trust accounts and assist with corporate and municipal bond redemptions. The role will prepare accounting entries, calculate debt retirements, and ensure timely processing within established deadlines.

Qualified candidates will have an associate degree or technical education. Proficiency in Excel and trust/bond accounting systems is preferred, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work

Responsibilities

• Perform cash and asset management of trust accounts, including monitoring balances and funding per governing documents.
• Prepare trust accounting entries, calculate and execute debt retirements, and complete account transactions.
• Support bond redemption processing and manage assigned workflow, deadlines, and shared inbox duties.
• Interact with specialized units to ensure procedures and legal document requirements are met.
