Job summary

Chimes is seeking a Custodian for a part-time, on-site role with a Monday–Friday shift from 6:30am to 11:00am. The position involves general cleaning and maintenance to keep facilities clean, safe, and well-maintained, under supervision on-site.

Responsibilities include daily cleaning tasks, event setup/breakdown assistance, and reporting safety concerns. Emphasis on following safety policies and contract requirements.

• Remove snow and ice from walkways (when required)
• Safely use cleaning equipment and supplies
• Report maintenance concerns or safety hazards
• Follow all safety policies and contract requirements

Under the supervision of the Project Manager and on-site Supervisor, the Custodian performs general cleaning and maintenance duties to ensure that assigned facilities remain clean, safe, and well-maintained. Secondary supervision is provided by the Contracts Administrator.
