Job summary

Unknown Employer is seeking a Custodian to perform general cleaning and maintenance in facilities. The shift is Monday through Friday from 6:30am to 11:00am, under supervision of the Project Manager and on-site Supervisor.

Responsibilities include cleaning offices, restrooms, and common areas, and supporting events with setup and takedown. Employees will follow safety policies and contract requirements, with additional supervision by the Contracts Administrator.

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish surfaces
• Empty trash and replenish restroom supplies
• Clean windows, glass, mirrors, walls, elevators, and other building surfaces
• Spot clean carpets and perform floor care as needed
• Assist with furniture setup and breakdown for special events
• Remove snow and ice from walkways (when required)
• Safely use cleaning equipment and supplies
• Report maintenance concerns or safety hazards
• Follow all safety policies and contract requirements
