Job summary

Chimes International LTD seeks a dedicated Custodian to perform cleaning and maintenance at our facilities. Under the supervision of the Project Manager and on-site Supervisor, you will keep offices, common areas, restrooms, and public spaces clean and safe, ensuring compliance with contract requirements.

This role operates within the AbilityOne Program, with a Monday–Friday 6:30am–11am shift. We offer a medical plan, life insurance, long-term disability, a 403(b) retirement plan with employer

Responsibilities

• Clean offices, common areas, restrooms, and public spaces
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish surfaces
• Empty trash and replenish restroom supplies
• Clean windows, glass, mirrors, walls, elevators, and other building surfaces
• Spot clean carpets and perform floor care as needed
• Assist with furniture setup and breakdown for special events
• Remove snow and ice from walkways (when required)
• Safely use cleaning equipment and supplies
• Report maintenance concerns or safety hazards
• Follow all safety policies and contract requirements

Under the supervision of the Project Manager and on-site Supervisor, the Custodian performs general cleaning and maintenance duties to ensure that assigned facilities remain clean, safe, and well-maintained. Secondary supervision is provided by the Contracts Administrator.
