Job summary

Chimes is seeking a Custodian to perform general cleaning and maintenance at our facilities. Under the supervision of the Project Manager and on-site Supervisor, you will keep offices, common areas, restrooms, and public spaces clean and safe during evening hours.

You will sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, polish surfaces, empty trash, replenish supplies, assist with furniture setup for events, and report safety concerns.

• Report maintenance concerns or safety hazardsFollow all safety policies and contract requirements

SET PAY RATE: $18.24/ Hour

Under the supervision of the Project Manager and on-site Supervisor, the Custodian performs general cleaning and maintenance duties to ensure that assigned facilities remain clean, safe, and well-maintained. Secondary supervision is provided by the Contracts Administrator.
