Oxford Court is looking for a Custodian & Maintenance Assistant. Your problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and independence will shine! If you take pride in keeping spaces clean, safe, and well-maintained, this role offers a dynamic mix of houseperson duties, landscaping, snow clearing, and basic maintenance tasks. Ready to roll up your sleeves and make a difference? We’d love to meet you!

Duties:

• Clean and maintain common areas of Oxford Court, including garage, game room, fitness room, hallways, bathrooms, elevators, entrance, lobby, and front office.
• Assist with landscaping during spring, summer, and fall.
• Assist with snow removal of driveway and sidewalks in winter.
• Clean outdoor furniture, pool, and hot tub.
• Assist on-site building engineer with light maintenance projects.

Location: Oxford Court - Beaver Creek, CO

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Status: Full and Part Time Year Round, Full and Part Time Seasonal

Pay Rate: $22.00 - $24/hour; signing bonus of $250 after 30 days and $250 after 90 days.

Schedule: 32-40 hours/week for full-time, 20-25 hours/week for part-time. Must be available for some weekends and holidays.

Minimum Requirements

The right candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and thrives on getting things done! You’ll follow directions precisely, check off to-do lists, and provide excellent service to owners and guests. A strong work ethic, proactive attitude, and independence are essential, along with a professional appearance and friendly demeanor. Comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions and interest in indoor/outdoor maintenance are required. Previous housekeeping experience is preferred; basic English is required; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus!
