Mirabella Portland is a premier Life Plan Community offering exceptional services, luxury amenities, and a vibrant lifestyle for residents in the heart of Portland. We are seeking a Full-Time - Custodian Lead to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment while providing leadership and support to the Environmental Services team.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead team members during special cleaning projects while helping maintain high standards of cleanliness and customer service throughout the community.
- Oversee and assist with event setup and teardown, including arranging tables, chairs, and audio/video equipment for resident and community events.
- Perform routine and specialized cleaning duties including floor care, carpet shampooing, window washing, trash removal, and common area maintenance.
- Assist with quality control, training, scheduling support, and supply management to ensure efficient daily operations.
- Operate floor care equipment safely and professionally while supporting a safe, attractive, and welcoming environment for residents and guests.
Pay Range: $20.50 - $26.24 / hr DOE
Schedule: Tuesday-Sunday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
About You
- Minimum of two years of custodial, housekeeping, cleaning, or related experience preferred.
- Previous experience providing training, coaching, or guidance to team members.
- Knowledge of custodial equipment, floor care techniques, cleaning chemicals, and green cleaning practices.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and ensure events and projects are completed on schedule.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and teamwork skills with proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
