Job summary

Mirabella Seattle is seeking a Full-Time Housekeeper Lead to supervise housekeeping operations at our downtown Seattle community. You will train staff, coordinate daily activities, and ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and guests.

The role emphasizes leading projects, QC inspections, and collaboration with the Environmental Services team to uphold high standards and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of housekeeping or related experience.
• Experience training, mentoring, or guiding team members.
• Knowledge of housekeeping equipment, cleaning supplies, chemicals, and green cleaning practices.
• Ability to organize work, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Lead routine and deep-cleaning across the community, including resident apartments, guest areas, and common spaces.
• Lead team members during special projects and assist with training, coaching, and onboarding housekeeping staff.
• Support quality control by inspecting work areas and maintaining high housekeeping standards.
• Assist with scheduling, supply ordering, inventory management, and event room setup.

We are seeking a Full-Time Housekeeper Lead to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment while supporting the Environmental Services team through training, quality control, and daily coordination of housekeeping activities.

Pay: $ 27.00 to $32.00 / hr DOE
