Job summary

Mirabella Seattle seeks a Full-Time Housekeeper Lead to support the Environmental Services team in downtown Seattle. You will lead housekeeping staff, provide training, and ensure safety and cleanliness across resident apartments, guest areas, and common spaces.

In this role you will coordinate scheduling, order supplies, inspect work quality, and deliver excellent service to residents and colleagues while promoting a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in housekeeping, cleaning, environmental services, or related experience preferred.
• Experience training, mentoring, or guiding team members.
• Knowledge of housekeeping equipment, cleaning supplies, chemicals, and green cleaning practices.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine and deep-cleaning services throughout the community, including resident apartments, guest areas, and common spaces.
• Lead team members during special projects; assist with training, coaching, and onboarding housekeeping staff.
• Support quality control by inspecting work areas and maintaining high housekeeping standards.

We are seeking a Full-Time Housekeeper Lead to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment while supporting the Environmental Services team through training, quality control, and daily coordination of housekeeping activities.

What You'll Be Doing

• Provide routine and deep-cleaning services throughout the community, including resident apartments, guest areas, and common spaces.
• Lead team members during special projects and assist with training, coaching, and onboarding housekeeping staff.
• Support quality control efforts by inspecting work areas and helping maintain high housekeeping standards.
• Assist with scheduling, supply ordering, inventory management, and event room setup activities.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, guests, and team members while promoting a safe and welcoming environment.

Pay: $ 27.00 to $32.00 / hr DOE

About You

• Minimum of two years of housekeeping, cleaning, environmental services, or related experience preferred.
• Previous experience training, mentoring, or providing guidance to team members.
• Knowledge of housekeeping equipment, cleaning supplies, chemicals, and green cleaning practices.
• Ability to organize work, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.
