Mirabella Portland is a premier Life Plan Community offering exceptional services, luxury amenities, and a vibrant lifestyle for residents in the heart of Portland. We are seeking a Full-Time Healthcare Housekeeper to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment within our healthcare and resident care areas. In this role, you will support infection prevention standards and contribute to the comfort and well‑being of residents through exceptional housekeeping services.
Schedule: Wednesday through Sunday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
What You'll Be Doing
- Clean resident rooms, healthcare areas, common spaces, and assigned work areas while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
- Use healthcare‑grade cleaning products and disinfectants to support infection prevention and resident safety.
- Complete routine cleaning, deep cleaning, and discharge cleaning assignments according to established procedures.
- Maintain housekeeping equipment, supplies, and documentation while supporting quality assurance efforts.
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, guests, and team members while promoting a safe and welcoming environment.
Pay: $18.50 - $23.68 / hr DOE
About You
- Previous housekeeping, environmental services, healthcare housekeeping, or related experience preferred.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, disinfectants, equipment, and safe work practices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and sanitary environment.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills with a positive, team‑oriented attitude.
