Job summary

Mirabella Portland is seeking a Full-Time Custodian Lead to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment while guiding the Environmental Services team. The role includes leading cleaning projects, helping with event setup and teardown, and performing routine cleaning duties across common areas.

You will assist with training, scheduling, and supply management to ensure smooth daily operations and high resident satisfaction. Strong teamwork and customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• Two years custodial/cleaning experience preferred.
• Experience training or coaching team members.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead team members during cleaning projects to maintain high standards.
• Oversee event setup and teardown for resident/community events.
• Perform routine and specialized cleaning tasks (floor care, windows, trash).
• Assist with training, scheduling, and supply management for daily operations.
• Operate floor care equipment safely to maintain a welcoming environment.
