Mirabella Seattle is seeking an Environmental Services Manager to oversee Housekeeping and Laundry, ensuring exceptional resident experience through high standards of cleanliness, safety, and service.

In this full-time role based in Seattle, you will lead staffing, budgets, inspections, and vendor relations while maintaining a customer-service culture and compliance with safety and SDS guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in housekeeping, custodial services, laundry operations, or a related field.
• Prior leadership experience including employee supervision and performance management.
• Experience with budgeting and scheduling processes.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Housekeeping and Laundry operations, ensuring efficient delivery of environmental services.

We are seeking an Environmental Services Manager to lead our Housekeeping and Laundry teams while ensuring an exceptional resident experience through high standards of cleanliness, safety, and service.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and supervise Housekeeping and Laundry operations, ensuring efficient delivery of environmental services throughout the community.

Salary: $81,000 - $92,000 / annually DOE

About You

• Minimum of five years of experience in housekeeping, custodial services, laundry operations, or a related field.
• Prior leadership experience including employee supervision, performance management, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemicals, safety practices, SDS requirements, and housekeeping equipment.
• Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling applications.
