Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum ninth grade education required.
• One year of custodial, mechanical trade, or related experience preferred.
• Must be physically able to perform essential functions including lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perfoms routine cleaning, maintenance, and upkeep of buildings, grounds, and equipment.
• Operates custodial equipment such as floor scrubbers, vacuums, buffers, and other tools.
• Moves furniture and supplies as needed and assists in snow removal and other maintenance tasks.
• Maintains sanitary lavatories and cleans windows, fixtures, and office/classroom surfaces.
• Assists cafeteria personnel and participates in general building upkeep and safety compliance.
