SBM Management is looking for a dedicated Custodian/CSR to join their team! We seek hardworking, dependable individuals to help our company grow. The role involves delivering exceptional customer satisfaction, with custodial duties and strong customer service skills. The CSR works well with co-workers and customers, understands and follows instructions, and communicates effectively. Good judgment, the ability to explain work methods, and assist in training others are important.

Responsibilities

• Perform floor care (vacuuming, mopping, carpet spotting)
• Surface care (dusting, sanitizing, cleaning glass, mirrors, windows, polishing metals and wood, cleaning blinds and draperies)
• Waste removal (emptying trash and recycling bins, transporting waste)
• Light maintenance (replacing bulbs, restocking supplies)
• Follow safety rules, policies, and procedures
• Respond to supervision, use proper PPE, present a professional appearance
• Transport equipment, clean common areas, assist with restroom restocking, clean elevators, and spot clean furniture and carpets

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation
• Up to one month of related experience or training, or equivalent education
• Ability to read simple words and numbers, communicate effectively, and perform basic math
• Valid driver’s license if driving on company business; proof of registration and insurance required
• Bilingual skills are a plus but not required

Compensation: $21.25 - $22.25 per hour

Shift: Monday - Friday, 11:30 am - 8:00 pm
