Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 18 years of age and have and maintain a valid driver’s license
• Proficient in technology necessary for job duties (e-mail, website access, etc.)
• Ability to make clear and comprehensive reports
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic
• Ability to use a hand cart across different floor levels
• Ability to lift and carry 80 pounds
• Ability to climb 35-foot ladders or scaffolding
• Maintain good personal appearance and hygiene
• Good health, high moral character, and good attendance record
• Obtain and maintain Bloodborne Pathogens, asbestos, and chemical use training
• Complete Hepatitis B vaccination series or sign a waiver
