Frederick Community College is seeking a dedicated Custodian for the 1st shift to maintain a safe and clean learning environment for students, staff and visitors. The role includes routine housekeeping, equipment operation, snow/ice removal, and on-demand coverage for events, under essential personnel guidelines.
The position runs 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with a full-time schedule and a comprehensive benefits package.

The Custodian performs housekeeping duties in accordance with established standards and instruction in order to maintain a safe, comfortable, and clean learning environment for students, staff, and the public. The Custodian works effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community. This is an essential personnel position. This position must report to work or remain at work as directed to provide emergency services such as snow/ice removal or other emergency related services.
