Reporting to a Custodial Services Supervisor, the Custodial Worker provides services to assure a clean, sanitary and safe environment in assigned facilities. Responsible for meeting high standards of cleanliness in offices, meeting rooms, public areas, bathrooms, custodial closets, and other areas. Duties include floor maintenance, dusting, gathering and removal of trash, and snow and ice removal from entrance ways and sidewalks. Reports needed equipment and building repair and any unsafe or unusual situations. Responsible for the care and handling of custodial supplies, equipment and assigned keys. Occasionally assists with the preparation of regularly scheduled events.
This position is designated Emergency Personnel, requiring employees to report to work during emergency situations, closings, and per supervisor's instructions.
Must have a criminal background check.
Normal work hours are Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm, but work hours may vary to meet management and customer needs.
The successful candidate will be required to have a criminal conviction check.
