Job summary

Pacific Retirement Services, Inc. is seeking an Environmental Services Technician for Holiday Park Plaza. You will perform routine and spontaneous cleaning of community areas, and assist with setup and takedown of gathering spaces. You will interact with residents daily, contributing to a meaningful living environment.

The role operates on a 10:30pm–7am NOC shift, Wednesday through Saturday, and is full time. A benefits package supports health, finances, and life outside work.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year custodial/cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to operate custodial and cleaning equipment.
• Knowledge of green cleaning solutions and reading labels.

Overview

As a Environmental Services Technician at Holiday Park Plaza, you’ll provide routine and spontaneous cleaning services for community common areas and support setup and take down of gathering spaces. You’ll get the chance to interact with our residents on a daily basis and ultimately feel like you’re making an impact on someone’s life every day!

Schedule

10:30pm - 7am NOC Shift - Wednesday - Saturday - Full Time

Wages

$18.50 - $23.00 / hr DOE

About You

• Minimum of 1 year's experience in custodial, cleaning, or a related field is preferred.
• Skills in operating custodial and cleaning equipment and tools.
• Knowledge of green cleaning solutions, chemicals, and pertinent cleaning supplies.Ability to read and understand labels.
