Job summary

Holladay Park Plaza, Inc. is seeking an Environmental Services Technician for the 10:30pm–7am NOC shift, Wednesday to Saturday, full time. You will clean community areas, assist with event setup and takedown, and engage with residents to enhance their daily living experience.

The role requires at least 1 year in custodial or cleaning, with proficiency in cleaning equipment and green cleaning solutions. A positive, service-oriented attitude is essential to maintain a welcoming community

• Ability to read and understand labels.
• Knowledge of green cleaning solutions, chemicals, and pertinent cleaning supplies.

Overview

As a Environmental Services Technician at Holiday Park Plaza, you’ll provide routine and spontaneous cleaning services for community common areas and support setup and take down of gathering spaces. You’ll get the chance to interact with our residents on a daily basis and ultimately feel like you’re making an impact on someone’s life every day!

Schedule

10:30pm - 7am NOC Shift - Wednesday - Saturday - Full Time

Wages

$18.50 - $23.00 / hr DOE

About You

• Minimum of 1 year's experience in custodial, cleaning, or a related field is preferred.
• Skills in operating custodial and cleaning equipment and tools.
• Knowledge of green cleaning solutions, chemicals, and pertinent cleaning supplies.Ability to read and understand labels.
