Job summary

Pacific Retirement Services, Inc. is seeking an Environmental Services Technician for Holiday Park Plaza. You will perform routine and spontaneous cleaning of community areas, and assist with setup and takedown of gathering spaces. You will interact with residents daily, contributing to a meaningful living environment.

The role operates on a 10:30pm–7am NOC shift, Wednesday through Saturday, and is full time. A benefits package supports health, finances, and life outside work.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year custodial/cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to operate custodial and cleaning equipment.
• Knowledge of green cleaning solutions and reading labels.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine cleaning for community common areas.
• Support setup and takedown of gathering spaces.
• Interact with residents and contribute to a positive living environment.
