Job summary

University Retirement is seeking a Custodian to perform routine cleaning of community areas and support event setup and tear-down, while engaging with residents daily to make a meaningful impact. Responsibilities include operating cleaning equipment, following safety procedures, and assisting with general upkeep.

Schedule: 4:00pm - 12:30am, Tue-Sat; Pay: $17.00–$20.91/hr DOE. Prior custodial experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year's experience in custodial, cleaning, or a related field is preferred.
• Skills in operating custodial and cleaning equipment and tools.
• Knowledge of green cleaning solutions, chemicals, and pertinent cleaning supplies.
• Ability to read and understand labels.

Compensation: $17.00 - $20.91 / hr DOE
