This position offers a pay range of $17.50/hr - $18.00/hr, based on skills and experience. SBM Management is seeking a dependable individual with strong customer service skills to join their team as a Custodian. The role involves various cleaning responsibilities, including floor care, surface care, waste removal, and light maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Floor care (vacuuming, mopping, carpet spotting)
• Surface care (dusting, sanitizing, glass/mirror/window cleaning, metal/wood polishing, cleaning blinds and draperies)
• Waste removal (emptying trash and recycle bins, transporting waste)
• Light maintenance (replacing light bulbs, restocking supplies)

Qualifications

• Bilingual skills are a plus but not required
• Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and chemicals, with a focus on safety
• No specific education required; 3-6 months training or experience preferred

Shift

Tuesday - Saturday 2 pm - 10:30 pm
Sunday - Thursday 2 pm - 10:30 pm
