Terran Orbital is seeking an experienced Custodian to join our growing team. Reporting to the Sr Facilities Manager, the Custodian will ensure the building are clean and well maintained.

Key Duties And Responsibilities

• Clean assigned areas, which could be an office building, warehouse, cleanrooms, labs, and other facilities as needed
• Clean and maintain carpets and hard surface floors by vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors
• Dust furniture, pictures, ventilation areas, lights, and blinds, empty wastebaskets, clean windows, restrooms, and other regular cleaning and maintenance duties
• Clean up after catered meals
• Cleaner must be flexible and willing to complete all tasks that are assigned
  
  
  

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail
• Previous custodial and cleaning experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to frequently lift, push, and slide items that typically weigh up to 50lbs and may weigh up to 70lbs
• Ability and willingness to go above and beyond one's comfort zone when it comes to learning about other

Salary Range $21.00 - $24.00 per hour

Your actual level and base salary will be determined case-by-case and may vary based on the job-related qualification, knowledge, skills, education, and experience. Physical Demands

An employee must meet the physical demands described to perform the essential functions of this job successfully. In performing the duties of this job, the employee is routinely required to sit or stand for long durations of time, in addition to bending, reaching, and walking.
