Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority is seeking a Custodian to clean and maintain assigned areas of the LVCC in accordance with procedures and federal guidelines.
The role covers interior and exterior cleaning, tool handling, safety compliance, and teamwork to deliver a clean, safe, welcoming venue for events and meetings. The position requires physical ability to operate equipment and lift loads, with a focus on visitor experience.
The Custodian will clean and maintain assigned areas of the LVCC according to company procedures and federal guidelines.
Must have a valid Nevada driver's license and keep it current during employment.
Must pass all assigned courses/classes deemed necessary by management.

The individual in this position must have the mobility to perform all related work, including utilizing desktop computers; operating hand and power equipment; have the stamina to stand and walk for extended periods; strength to lift or maneuver occasionally up to 75 pounds, frequently up to 50 pounds and regularly up to 25 pounds; dexterity to reach, kneel, crouch and climb; ability to read printed material; ability to communicate in person, over the phone or two-way radio. Capable of walking and physically transporting supplies and equipment to designated areas. Must accomplish assigned duties in crowded conditions, maneuver electric cart, and utilize ride-on sweeper/scrubber, electric pallet jack, aerial lift, carpet extractors, handheld blowers, and floor care machines. While performing the essential functions of this job, the ambassador is in various climates and high, precarious places.
