Job Title: Custodian

Job Details

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, with one weekend per month (Saturday/Sunday, 4 hours each day), rotational holidays. Flexibility to work at the Saint Albans, VT facility as needed.
• Pay: $20.16 per hour, plus $8.00 per hour (up to 40 hours/week) for Health & Welfare Pay.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning of offices, breakrooms, and restrooms, including sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and trash removal.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of all designated areas.
• Conduct floor care, including carpet cleaning, shampooing, tiling, and use of floor scrubbers and high-speed equipment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in commercial or government building cleaning.
• Skills in floor care and sanitizing.
