The Tulalip Tribes is seeking an on-site regulator responsible for the oversight, control and security of the gaming operation, in line with the Tribal/State Compact and applicable regulations. This role includes enforcing cannabis regulatory laws through the Tulalip Cannabis Agency and investigating violations.
Ideal candidates will have at least two years of public-facing experience, strong report-writing skills, and the ability to work in a regulated environment.

Tribal Gaming Agency
Responsible for the on-site regulation, control and security of the gaming operation as authorized by the Tribal/State Compact, and its Appendices; Tulalip Tribal Code 10.05 Gaming; and the Indian Gaming Regulatory Act to include NIGC; 25 CFR NIGC Rules and Regulations. Tribal Cannabis Agency (TCA). Enforcement of all applicable cannabis regulatory laws; Investigate any observed or reported cannabis regulatory violations.
