Responsibilities

• Set and maintain custodial personnel's work assignments and schedules; monitor performance and maintain associated records.
• Inspect work areas and confer regularly with building management and occupants regarding quality of service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate and conduct training of custodial personnel; maintain associated records.
• Requisition and supervise the maintenance of materials and supplies.
• Supervise the proper use and maintenance of cleaning equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
