Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or vocational diploma required.
• 3–5 years of related custodial/housekeeping experience.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assign and inspect custodial work to maintain facility cleanliness.
• Perform specialized cleaning to keep units safe and sanitary.
• Maintain supply inventory for routine custodial services.
• Respond to service requests transmitted by the system.
• Transport custodial staff to assignments as needed.
• Operate/maintain power equipment used in custodial tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
