Job summary

Georgia Tech is seeking a team-oriented housekeeper to perform routine cleaning in assigned buildings and areas in Atlanta, GA. You will interact with custodial staff, inspectors, supervisors, and building occupants to maintain a clean environment.

Responsibilities include emptying trash, dusting, sanitizing restrooms, restocking supplies, mopping, sweeping and vacuuming, and operating cleaning equipment. It is a 2nd shift (2:15pm–10:45pm) position; one year of related experience is required.

Qualifications

• One year of related housekeeping experience.
• Educational/experience equivalence acceptable.
• Basic housekeeping skills and safe chemical use.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine housekeeping duties in assigned area.
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment.
• Respond to service requests from occupants and systems.
• Ensure storage closets and tools remain clean and organized.
