Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 5 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee custodial operations for a crew of approximately 6–10 employees.
• Provide emergency support as needed.
• Direct custodial cleaning and operations, including work from ladders.
• Focus on team performance, employee development and accountability.
• Ensure stakeholder satisfaction through quality service and communication.
