Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or vocational diploma required.
• 3 to 5 years of custodial experience.
• Valid Georgia Driver's License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assign and inspect custodial/housekeeping work and related projects/activities to maintain unit/facility cleanliness levels and appearance
• Perform specialized cleaning operations to ensure unit/facilities are healthy, safe and sanitary
• Maintain supply inventory for custodial services
• Respond to service requests
• Transport custodial staff to assignments as needed
• Operate and maintain power equipment related to custodial services
• Perform other duties as assigned
