Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED certificate, or vocational school diploma required.
• Two years of job-related experience required.
• Preferred: Valid Georgia Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Perform specialized cleaning operations (spray buffing, burnishing floors, sanitizing trash receptacles, stain removal, window cleaning).
• Strip and refinish floors.
• Perform routine housekeeping including trash removal, dusting, spot cleaning, restroom disinfection, restocking supplies, mopping, vacuuming.
• Operate and maintain power cleaning equipment (carpet vacuums, canister/tank vacuums, wide-area vacuums, backpacks).
• Maintain housekeeping/storage closets and tools in good order.
• Use prescribed safety equipment as required.
• Use chemicals and supplies safely and per procedures.
• Respond to work requests via service system.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
