Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in custodial, commercial cleaning, facilities, or environmental services.
• Previous supervisory or team lead experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily custodial operations and assign work to team members.
• Inspect completed work for quality and contract compliance.
• Train, coach, and develop custodial employees.
• Promote a safe, respectful, and inclusive work environment.
• Monitor equipment, supplies, and workplace safety.
• Support employees with disabilities through coaching and guidance.
• Communicate with employees and management to ensure operational success.
• Help maintain exceptional customer satisfaction through quality service delivery.
