Job summary

Didlake, Inc. is a nonprofit that provides services to people with disabilities. The Janitor will independently clean restrooms, offices, break rooms, and other areas, following safety standards and Didlake procedures.

Qualifications include a High School diploma or GED and at least 6 months custodial experience, plus US citizenship and a valid REAL ID to access the site. Teamwork, attention to detail, and respectful interaction are essential.

• Minimum 6 months custodial or janitorial experience.
• REAL ID required to enter the worksite.
• US Citizenship is required for this worksite.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain restrooms, offices, break rooms, locker rooms, kitchenettes, showers, corridors, and other areas.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors, rugs, carpets, and upholstery.
• Dust furniture and fixtures; polish metalwork and fittings.
• Wash walls, ceilings, woodwork, door panels, and sills.
• Empty wastebaskets, transport trash to disposal areas, and recycle materials.
• Replenish restroom supplies as needed.
• Follow safety standards and proper use of cleaning equipment.
• Maintain quality work and conduct per Didlake policies.
• Complete and maintain required Didlake training.
