Job summary

Didlake, Inc. is a non-profit rehabilitation services organization. This role leads daily custodial work, trains staff on safety and SOPs, and ensures quality through inspections and reports.

The position requires a valid driver's license, a 3-year driving history, and work eligibility in the U.S., with a Real ID required to access the site. You will support program plans with Rehabilitation staff and promote teamwork and professionalism in a safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of custodial or maintenance experience.
• 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and assign daily custodial work for assigned routes or areas.
• Train employees on safety practices, equipment use, and Custodial SOPs.
• Inspect completed work and document results in CleanTelligent.
• Complete Daily Work Reports and communicate with management and facility representatives.
