Job summary

Didlake, Inc. is seeking a Lead Worker - Utility to supervise trash, restroom, and fire stairwell crews while maintaining cleanliness and safety in assigned areas. You will monitor work quality, equipment use, and contract adherence, and you will respond to spills and maintain daily operations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 1 year custodial/janitorial experience.
• Ability to pass a background check and obtain clearance.
• Valid REAL ID required to enter the worksite.

Responsibilities

• Direct and monitor custodial crews to keep areas clean and safe.
• Respond to spills, remove trash, and transport waste.
• Clean restrooms, storage areas, and service elevators.
• Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum floors and surfaces.
• Receive, count, store, and replenish supplies.
• Monitor equipment use and report safety concerns.
• Operate power equipment and assist in snow removal as needed.
• Complete required paperwork and maintain teamwork and conduct.
