Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of relevant experience in commercial floor maintenance.
• 6 months prior leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train assigned employees on procedures, routes, and SOP adherence.
• Perform quality control inspections and document results.
• Ensure safety standards and proper use of equipment and PPE.
• Address issues and support contract performance.
• Transport teams and operate floor care equipment as needed.
