POSITION OVERVIEW AND PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):

• Team Supervision: Lead, schedule, and supervise custodial staff. Implement quality control checks and enforce safety standards.
• Operations & Oversight: Assign cleaning tasks and monitor completion. Handle inventory and ordering of cleaning supplies.
• Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with facility maintenance standards. Prepare reports on custodial team performance and issues.
• Working Conditions: Work in office and facility environments; may require coverage outside standard hours.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift cleaning equipment and supplies; work standing or walking for extended periods.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Secret Clearance required.
• High school diploma required.
• 3–4 years of custodial supervisory experience.
